Our flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon begins as a classically made wine, sourced from premium vineyards and crafted by top winemakers. Once fermentation and aging are complete, the alcohol is gently removed, preserving the structure, aroma, and depth that define great Cabernet.

The nose is expressive and layered, with dark blackberry, black cherry, and cassis, followed by notes of vanilla, cocoa, and warm oak. On the palate, the wine is rich yet composed, with soft, integrated tannins and a rounded mouthfeel that carries through a long, lingering finish. Subtle hints of vanilla and spice emerge as the wine opens, echoing the complexity of traditional Napa Cabernet.
