What ingredients are used in your wine?
We start with high-quality Napa Valley wine. After dealcoholization, the wine is lightly sweetened with organic agave syrup, a natural vegan sweetener from the Blue Agave plant that provides great flavor with a low glycemic index.
Small amounts of preservatives—potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, and potassium metabisulfite—are used to maintain freshness. All are FDA-approved and commonly used in wine and other beverages.
A standard 5oz pour of our wine contains around 20 calories. This is about 100 less calories per glass than alcoholic wine.
What is the shelf-life of your wine and how should it be stored?
Non-alcoholic wine does not improve with age—think of it more like a soda. Our wine has a shelf life of 1 year. To keep it fresh, store it in a cool place away from direct sunlight until the Best By date. For optimal taste and texture, you can refrigerate it.
Serve CHARDO N.A. at 55°F and CABER N.A. at 65°F.
Where is your wine made?
All of our wine comes from Napa Valley in California. We partner with select wineries to source exceptional wines, which are then dealcoholized and bottled at our facility in Napa.
Do you have a wine club?
Not yet—but we’re working on it! Leave your email at the bottom of the page to be the first to know when it launches.
Do you offer in-person tastings?
We don't currently allow visitors, but hope to be able to welcome you soon!
Why is your wine more expensive than other N.A. wines?
Dealcoholizing wine adds to production costs. Other brands offset this extra cost by using cheaper, low-quality bulk wine. We take a different approach, starting with the highest-quality wine we can source. That commitment to quality is what makes our wine taste distinctly better.
Can I buy your wine in bulk?
We offer wholesale services for businesses in the United States only. If your business is interested in becoming a wholesale partner, please contact us here. We do not offer any bulk order pricing for individuals or international wholesalers/ distributors.
Do you sell 750ml bottles?
Not yet. We currently offer 375ml (half-size) bottles, and we chose this format for three important reasons:
- Freshness after opening
Non-alcoholic wine is more sensitive to oxidation than traditional wine. Flavor can fade a few days after opening, so a 375ml bottle—about 2½ glasses—is designed to be enjoyed in one sitting, tasting exactly as intended. - Not built for long-term aging
Non-alcoholic wine does not improve with age. Our wines are at their best within one year of purchase. Small bottles are less of a commitment and this helps to keep them in your glass instead of in your cellar. - Approachability
Smaller bottles make it easier and more affordable to explore high-quality non-alcoholic wine, especially for those new to the category.
We may offer 750ml bottles in the future, but for now, half bottles ensure that you recieve the best possible experience.
