Why us?
Most non-alcoholic wine isn’t made the way great wine is made. It’s produced by a handful of large manufacturers using the same equipment, tuned for speed and cost — not for flavor. The wine is often heated and stripped quickly, flattening aroma and texture before the alcohol is even gone. To make the economics work, it usually starts with inexpensive bulk wine, chosen for price rather than character. And when the starting point is bad wine, no amount of processing can make it great.
We take the opposite approach. We begin with thoughtfully made, ultra-premium Napa Valley wine, then remove the alcohol slowly at lower temperatures than standard systems. It takes longer and costs more, but it preserves what matters most: aroma, texture, and that first-sip feeling. Taste the difference for yourself. We look forward to earning a seat at your table.
