Wine for the next generation

Back in 2023, I was ready to walk away from wine. I didn’t love how it made me feel the next day, but I still loved the unique flavors, that first-sip moment, and the way great wine brought people together.

I knew there had to be a way to keep everything I loved about wine — without the alcohol.

So I got to work in the second bedroom of my Chicago apartment, determined to capture the same magic in a wine anyone could enjoy.

After more than a year of testing and tasting, I finally had a non-alcoholic wine that gave me that first-sip feeling again.

For the past two years, I’ve been building a winery in Napa to bring this vision to life and craft wine for the next generation.

This is wine reimagined for the way we live today — part art, part science, and all about connection. I’m so happy to finally share it with you.
